• A $50.00 deposit is required within 10 days of making the reservation.
• Monthly rentals require a $350.00 deposit.
• Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
• We are sorry but we do not accept credit cards.
• Check in is from 4:00pm - 7:00pm unless other arrangements are made in advance.
• Check out is 11:00am.
• Children are always welcome.
• Pets are always welcome, if kenneled.
• Smoking is allowed on covered porch.
